Hauling Availability and Pricing

Hauling availability and pricing are subject to scheduling, delivery location, site access, and truck availability at the time of your request. Hauling is not free. The cost of hauling will be discussed and agreed upon before any trucks are dispatched. Gulley's Backhoe Service reserves the right to decline any hauling request at its discretion.

Customer Responsibility for Site Readiness

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is ready to receive material and that trucks can safely access and maneuver in the dump area. Gulley's Backhoe Service is not liable for delays, damage, or additional costs resulting from a site that is not properly prepared or accessible.

Written Confirmation Required

All hauling agreements will be confirmed in writing before any trucks are dispatched. No verbal agreement, form submission, or email exchange constitutes a binding hauling contract. Work begins only after written confirmation from Gulley's Backhoe Service.
